Ft. Worth, TX - December 10, 2018 - TDS is pleased to announce that Frank Durant has joined the company in the newly created position of Vice President of Business Development.
Frank is a 38+ year industry veteran who is highly experienced in the business and operational aspects of providing best in class service and solutions to power generation clients. He is well-versed in all areas of the power distribution industry and is recognized as an expert in disaster recovery projects, managing projects during Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, as well as 100 years’ flood events. Frank comes to our growing TDS team from the Square D division of Schneider Electric where he was the Director of Operations Development and Risk Management, focused on conflict resolution. Prior to that, he worked extensively as a project manager for companies including Powell Industries, Entergy, Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Eaton, RS Services, Major Retailers and the US Corp of Engineers.
Frank has built a decades-long leadership career in our industry and understands the unique needs and requirements of power generation industry asset owners, as well as the challenges and opportunities on the service provider side. Frank is incredibly knowledgeable about our industry and has consistently delivered projects achieving the goals of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, while prioritizing safety above all else.
Ft. Worth, TX - November 26, 2018 - Darrell Copen has joined TDS as our Director of Sales. Darrell is an experienced sales leader that is skilled in complex account management, services and solutions, project management and the development of C-level executive relationships. He excels at establishing strong internal and external long-term relationships that deliver business goals and drive profitability. A proven business development professional, Darrell is a manager who energizes a sales organization and drives sustainable business growth.
Most recently, Darrell was the National Services Sales Manager for Solomon Corporation. Prior to that, he was Regional Service Sales Manager (Dallas, Texas) for Schneider Electric US Services for 18 years. Darrell's educational, professional and civic pursuits include college courses in Electrical Theory & Design, his credentials as a Licensed Electrician in the State of Texas for over 35 years as well as a Board Member of the Colleyville, TX Lions Club and Colleyville Police Citizens Academy C.O.P.F

Also included are an updated company mission statement and core values.

Lisa Bridges has joined TDS as the company's new Chief Financial Officer.
Lisa comes to TDS with nearly 30 years’ experience in the services industry having held varying levels of leadership in finance, accounting, and business development and operations. She has a demonstrated track record of improving shareholder and enterprise value through financial resource development and management, service delivery excellence and process sustainability, long-term customer commitment, and employee satisfaction.
Lisa has a B.S. in Accounting from Husson College, a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
