LET’S GET STARTED
STEP #1: Before placing your first order order of TDS PPE Essentials and Uniforms, all eligible TDS field personnel must read and electronically sign the TDS UNIFORM PROGRAM AGREEMENT in PAYCOM which can be found in your document center.
STEP #2: Go to the ON-LINE TDS UNIFORM PROGRAM STORE to view available items and place your order.
NOTE! Your first order must include the following items:
ALL PPE ESSENTIALS: (1) hard hat with TDS logo, (5) pairs of safety glasses, (2) pairs of gloves and (1) high visibility FR vest with TDS logo.
UNIFORMS: Either (5) shirts with TDS logo or (3) coveralls with TDS logo.
While you can view the store and place orders any time (24 hours, 365 days), only orders received during the 1st through 20th of each month are processed for that month and all approved orders are shipped thereafter.
STEP #3: LOGIN to the ON-LINE TDS UNIFORM PROGRAM STORE
Email address: This e-mail address you provided in PAYCOM (which may or may not be a tdssolutions.com address)
Password: TDSSOLUTIONS (note: all caps)
Place your order by the 20th in order to for your items to be approved and shipped during that month’s shipping period.
Your initial order must include all of the PPE Essentials indicated above AND either (5) shirts with TDS logo or (3) coveralls with TDS logo.
